Price List
Translations
- Prices of translation services are stated per 1 standard page (standard page SP - 1800 signs including spaces).
- A total number of standard pages is rounded to 1 decimal.
- 6 pages per 1 working day are standard.
- 3 working days are the standard period of translating.
- We count the number of standard pages from the final version.
- 0,5 SP are a minimal charging rate with individual orders.
- SP of translated texts in the format Excel and Power Point is 250 words.
- Sworn translations are calculated on the basis of the actual number of the physical pages (P) of the final text.
A basic rate is charged assuming that the source text is a normal, clear, legible text, in the standard format without special graphic designs and is possible to be translated in the normal time limit.

Interpreting
The price of interpretation is dependent on its length, type and the place of interpretation and the language combination. We will calculate the price for you individually.

Proofreading
We recommend to order a proofreading of the text in the case of advertising, commercial texts and other materials.

Extra charges
An extra payment will be charged with translations with a requiring express delivery. 6 SP/a working day are the usual time limit for translating by one translator.

Discounts
For single orders of the large extent and keeping to the standard 6 SP/a working day we provide the following quantity discounts:

We offer a discount 5 % from the final price of the order for the first translation to new customers.
We provide our regular customers with a long-service bonus. After the 10th order there is a discount 5 % on every other order.
Only 1 discount may be offered.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation of the order must be done in a written form and e-mailed, mailed or delivered personally to our agency before the end of working time of that day when the order shall be considered as cancelled. In the case of the cancellation of the order the customer is obliged to pay created costs to the contractor (an adequate number of pages) for the performed part of the translation (proofreading), or the whole translation (proofreading) if the work is already completed.
We are VAT payers. The prices are excluded VAT.
This price list is an integrate part of Jitka Prokopová´s General commercial conditions – Translation agency Loggos. This price list is valid from the 1st of April 2010.
